Shipping

Impack ships domestically throughout the United States and Canada (for UK orders please visit https://impack.uk/). We currently do not offer international shipping yet, but are looking to add that capability soon.  

• Standard Shipping = 3-5 Business Days to Lower 48 States.
• Expedited Shipping = 2-3 Business Days (if order is placed by 2pm Mon-Fri)
• Priority Shipping = 1-2 Business Days (if order is placed by 2pm Mon-Fri)

*Please note that during Q4, (September to December), shipping time might be delayed. Therefore, we encourage all of our customers to plan their orders ahead of time. Any questions regarding shipping and handling, please contact us at hello@impack.co

Returns

If you purchased an item directly from impack.co and would like to return it within 30 days, we will issue you a refund or store credit (minus any shipping costs).  We do not charge a restocking fee, but return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. 

Returned items must be in unused condition (except for defective units).  Please email us at hello@impack.co with the order number to begin the return authorization process.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
